What delivery options are available?

For orders within Switzerland, all deliveries are made via Swiss Post. For international shipments, we primarily use FedEx. In rare cases, other carriers may be used to ensure optimal delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For orders within Switzerland, delivery typically takes between 1 and 3 days, depending on whether you choose Economy or Priority shipping. For international deliveries via FedEx, the delivery time is 1 to 5 days, depending on the service selected (Economy, Priority, or Regional Europe).

How are my cards protected during transport?

The merchandise is packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each shipment includes a tracking number. If desired, additional insurance can be purchased for enhanced protection, particularly for high-value items.

Swiss Post (within Switzerland):

  • Economy: CHF 9.00
  • Priority: ~CHF 12-15
  • FedEx (International):

Europe International Economy: €13-18
World Express Saver: €38-50

Is there a free delivery option?
